Apakah itu ASB (Amanah Saham Bumiputera)?

Amanah Saham Bumiputera is a special investment trust fund exclusively for Malaysian Bumiputeras. ASB was launched by Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad on 2 January 1990, and the purpose of this fund is to provide a highly profitable, consistent, and high-yielding long-term savings and investment platform for investors.

The ASB fund is a fixed-equity fund where the price per unit of ASB shares is sold at a fixed price of RM 1.00. Additionally, ASB does not impose any charges on share sales or unit redemptions, which greatly benefits investors.

Although ASB is the best investment instrument for Bumiputeras, it also has its own limitations, namely that ASB has an investment limit of RM 200,000. This means your investment is limited to RM 200,000, but the total investment after dividend earnings is allowed to exceed RM 200,000.
